BIG SKY BLUE CORN STRAIGHT BOURBON is crafted from our second barrel, made entirely from organic New Mexico Blue Corn. As always, we only add our pure Montana water, carefully handcrafting our spirits in small batches and aging them individually in new, medium-charred American Oak casks.
As a limited-edition straight bourbon, this exquisite and distinctive bourbon represents a private reserve single barrel.
Testing notes: Caramel, molasses, dark chocolate, fresh black cherries, Crème Brûlée, vanilla bean, toasted oak, raisins, roasted nuts, butterscotch.
